1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DocketMind, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. About DocketMind

DocketMind is an online self-service document preparation platform. It helps individuals organize information and prepare a draft Florida Motion for Civil Contempt / Enforcement related to parenting-plan matters. DocketMind is owned and operated by Menbuse.

3. Not a Law Firm

DocketMind is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

No attorney-client relationship is created by using DocketMind.
No attorney reviews your information or documents unless DocketMind expressly states otherwise in writing.
DocketMind prepares documents from the information you provide. It does not file documents with any court on your behalf.

4. No Guarantee

DocketMind cannot guarantee court acceptance, legal success, favorable outcomes, completeness for every situation, or that a generated motion is appropriate for every case. You remain responsible for reviewing the motion carefully before filing and for deciding whether it fits your circumstances.

5. User Responsibilities

By using DocketMind, you agree to:

provide accurate information;
review the completed motion before filing;
verify dates, names, and other facts;
comply with local court rules and filing requirements; and
determine whether the motion is appropriate for your case, including consulting a licensed attorney when needed.

6. Florida Use

The current version of DocketMind supports Florida family law contempt and enforcement matters only. Additional jurisdictions may be supported in future releases.

7. Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. DocketMind never stores payment card information. Documents become available after successful payment verification. Prices may change from time to time.

8. Refund Policy

Because every motion is generated specifically from the information you provide, refunds are generally unavailable after document generation. Technical issues or incorrect charges may be reviewed individually. Contact hello@docketmind.com.

9. Intellectual Property

DocketMind software, branding, questionnaires, workflows, website design, and document formatting remain the property of Menbuse. You retain ownership of the information you submit.

10. Availability

DocketMind strives to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.

11. Electronic Communications

By providing an email address, you consent to receive emails related to purchases, receipts, payment confirmations, document availability, and customer support. This does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

12. Limitation of Liability

DocketMind is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menbuse and DocketMind disclaim warranties and limit liability arising from your use of the service, including reliance on any document prepared through DocketMind.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated over time. The newest version will always appear on this page. Continued use of DocketMind after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
